Delivery was fairly quick, unfortunately damaged in transit so has a crack in handle, operation is unaffected by damage, when using the iron definitely heats up but with proper curling beard hair it is unaffected unless a lot of time is allowed for straightening, probably good on mild curls or longer length hair 4” and longer
